Walking adventurously through an abandoned construction site, the nine-year-old boy discovered a fascinating discovery… a beautifully colored piece of stone. He placed it in his pocket only to discover many years later that he would be creating designs using the same type of mosaics…

He began stonework in 1987, at the age of 17.  Bob Bross, a friend and marble contractor, invited him to his first marble project.   After mixing mud, cutting marble, and watching intently for several thousand square feet of stone walls in a synagogue., he knew that he had found his calling.

He excelled in all forms of tile and stone and by the age of 26, completed over 452 tile and stone installations.  In 1997, the owner of Alpha and Omega worked 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, for one year to obtain certification in brick and block.  He diligently pursued his passion for tile, marble, and stone by attending many seminars and vocational training.  Returning to the Construction Field as a Specialty Building Contractor was exciting.  He worked with Steve Hess, his long-time friend and owner of Select Flooring Installations, Inc.  It wasn’t until many projects had past that his friend went to be with the Lord.

In honor, he began Alpha and Omega, the name given to him by his Lord in 1997 while he read these scriptures …
